Cyclists play a subordinate role in road traffic. Not only because of the numerical superiority of the motorists but also because of the low visual conspicuousness. flip*light is a wristband created to make cyclists more visible and cycling safer. Simple on the outside, it hides a battery-powered high-power LED row on the inside, which emits white light to the front and red light to the rear when in use. An acceleration sensor registers when the driver brakes, which intensifies the red light. If you stretch your arm to the side when turning, the flip*lights start flashing orange.
